Once your order is processed, we will send you an email with your tracking information. Please use this feature to track your order.
What are your delivery options?
As of this moment - we are shipping items out via USPS, and will be setting up pick-up locations in the Knoxville area in the near future to help locals save on shiping.
What is your returns policy?

How do I return an item?
Once your return has been approved by us, please either ship back the item, or arrange to meet at pick-up location. Please note that you may be responsible for some of the return shipping costs.
Do you provide International delivery?
Not at this time - but check back in the future! We would love to see our brand represented globally...

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. Please contact us for the reason for your return before shipping back. Product defects, lost shipment,
and severely delayed shipment are some of the acceptable reasons for returning/refunding/exchanging your items.
